Meeting of the Charitable Organization «Ukraine Civil Society Development Fund»: Strategic Steps and New Initiatives

The meeting took place in a productive atmosphere, fostering the generation of new ideas and the adoption of concrete decisions aimed at achieving the Fund’s mission.

The meeting was attended by board members and key specialists of the Fund: Volodymyr Teteruk, Viktor Shyshkin, Ivan Pietukhov, Oleksiy Yakymenko, Halyna Klymovych, and Iryna Pietukhova.

Key Decisions and Discussions

Financial Transparency and Efficiency: One of the central topics was ensuring complete financial transparency and efficiency in the Fund’s operations. These steps are fundamental to building trust and successfully implementing projects.

Digitalization of the Fund: The participants were presented with the Fund’s new official website. The team is currently working on populating it to make the resource as user-friendly and informative as possible for those interested in the organization’s activities and eager to contribute to the development of a Ukraine-centric civil society. The website launch is expected in the near future.

Expansion of Projects for Civil Society Development: The launch of several significant initiatives was discussed in detail, focusing on three key areas:

• Historical and Cultural Direction: Efforts continue to preserve and promote national heritage.
• Social Direction: Initiatives are being developed and implemented to support the most vulnerable segments of the population. Special attention was given to the project «First Psychological Aid During Wartime.» This vital initiative, proposed by Halyna Ivanivna Klymovych, aims to build skills for psychological self-help and support for Ukrainian citizens during the extremely challenging wartime period.
• Informational Direction: The Fund is expanding opportunities to disseminate truthful and essential information, which is critically important for forming a strong and conscious civil society.

Preparation for the Official Presentation

The meeting also addressed preparations for the official presentation of the Charitable Organization. The event aims to showcase the Fund’s wide range of programs and opportunities for collaboration with partners. Details regarding the date and format of the presentation will be announced later.
